City of Fortworth, Texas with more than 900000 residents joined hands with Serveiz – Cloud based field service management plafform.
Serveiz with its unique features is helping customers across North America with field service automations. Some of the features include Work Order management, Inventory Management, Survey to get customer satisfaction, Scheduling Tasks, Route Optimization for filed staff etc.
City of Fort Worth started using Serviez to streamline and Automate some of the activities around field service management.
The project started in May 2019. The project involves managing mass meter installations in over
260,000 homes.
For this project Serveiz platform is being exclusively used. The platform is highly configured and customized to manage the whole operations from beginning to end. Multiple vendors, complex inventory and multiple warehouses are involved.
The project has already accomplished over 60,000 workorders completed by over 100 field technicians. It is anticipated that the project will be issuing over a million workorders in the next two to three years. Over twenty million pictures will be captured by the time the project is done.
